I LIKE TO SEE SLUDGE AND MAN MADE WASTE

David Lynch exhibition hosted at the Photographers Gallery in central London played part in showing 90 of his beautify mysterious and eerie photographs shot around Berlin, Łódz, Poland, New York City and New Jersey, USA, between 1980 to 2000. He focuses on industrial ruins, the lost and unused parts of the city, showing the buildings slowly deteriorate and lay waste to nature. How Lynch captures the take over of the natural rather then the destruction of it intrigues me and is what stood out strongly within his work.
