I have made some octopus legs relating to the symmetry to my sculpture, as the legs are identical in some ways yet subtly, which i found really appealing. the connection obviously to my animal sculptures in the past, yet this one has derived from my dreams and an unconscious state. wanting ti mix both the unconscious and the conscious together i want to form the head out of skin coloured material, yet not to make a face or a head of another animal, yet a form i find has characterises and human qualities, but subtly so, alike KUSAMAs sculptures.
